Legal Director

The Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP) at Santa Clara University School of Law is seeking a diverse pool of candidates for its open Legal Director position. The Legal Director is a full-time, renewable term faculty position and will be responsible for 1) case litigation and litigation oversight, 2) teaching, curriculum development and student mentorship, 3) professional and public education, and 4) organizational strategy and development.

Senior Clinical Supervising Attorney

The Northern California Innocence Project (NCIP) at Santa Clara University School of Law is seeking a diverse pool of candidates for its Senior Clinical Supervising Attorney position. The Senior Clinical Supervising Attorney is a full-time position and will be responsible for 1) case investigation and litigation 2) student supervision and mentorship, 3) legislative advocacy strategy, 4) professional and public education, and 5) other duties as assigned.
